Meet Our Expert - Emma,

Emma is a mum of 2 cheeky, hilarious (and stubborn) little ones. She is an accountant who has worked in the corporate world for 13 years ultimately as a Finance Director.

She had two extremely different maternity leaves. First time round Emma was as ambitious and motivated as ever upon my return but things weren’t as easy after her second. She tried for a while but in the end realised a change was needed.

From this personal lived experience, managing many returnees over the years and now reaching the final stages of becoming a certified Coach, Emma feels so proud she can make a difference to other people’s story.

Emma is now a Return to Work & Career Transition Coach running 1:1 sessions and also group workshops to support you on your journey of extended leave. Emma loves helping others create a stress free leave and a smooth return.
