We're taking over a huge industrial site for our 2025 arts festival, with a venue launch party planned for this November.
The Paper Factory is a huge former paper and cardboard box manufacturing facility, with a mix of warehouses, factory floors, offices and outhouses spread across a 15 acre site.
Hidden Door will transform the entire site for a full-scale multi arts festival in spring 2025, but in the meantime, we are planning a special launch party to give audiences a preview of some of the extraordinary spaces within.
Friday 22 November sees singer/producer Paige Kennedy joining the line-up alongside the ever-evolving avant-electropop of Jane Weaver.
Saturday 23 November welcomes Black feminist punk band Big Joanie co-headlining with alt rock trio HotWax, with support from doom-punk quartet Witch Fever and Edinburgh duo Sarah/Shaun.
Alongside the live music, audiences can explore some of the huge factory spaces featuring the work of over 20 visual artists. A diverse range of media and artforms will be presented, including sculpture, performance, installation, painting, printmaking and large-scale works.
