The things we carry explores the paradoxes of being human and caring for other humans in professional and volunteer environments. How do we balance life and community service together? Truthfully, we aren't very good at it.
And how do act professionally without emotionally compromising? Can we?
This training invites us into these tensions. It provides language and postures to navigate these challenges without losing our humanity. It will will give you tools so that you can continue you're amazing, irreplaceable gift to the world.
