The Pablo Calzado Band @ The Jazz Loft

Pablo Calzado needs little introduction to anyone who has been - even minimally - exposed to the Singapore live music scene overe the past 2 decades. His musical virtuosity, eclecticism, and generosity of spirit, has made him a mainstay in many of the most adventurous musical projects on the scene.

Here, however, he presents his own compositions, displaying some of the eclectic influences he is known for, but always with that impeccable sense of groove and clave.

Joining him on this journey, on bass we have Ethan Seow, a regular sideman in many of Pablo's Latin projects. On piano, Eivind Lødemel, whose own musical adventurism makes him an absolute joy to hear in any situation, and on alto saxophone, the irrepressible Andreas Marinello.
