The Oxtail Collective Presents: Registration for Free Programming
About this Event
In partnership with Forman Arts Initiative, The Oxtail Collective, a group of culinary entrepreneurs organized by chef Chaz Brown, is hosting its Third Annual day-long cultural experience centered on the intersection of food, art, business, and history at FAI's future campus on Sunday, August 31st, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This year's event honors Hercules Posey, the formerly enslaved chef to George Washington.
With funding support from The City of Philadelphia's 2026 Neighborhood Celebration Grant Fund, Forman Arts Initiative is able to offer a series of dynamic programs that are free and open to the public. Registration for the day's events is available below. It is not necessary to register to attend; we just appreciate a headcount.
The Oxtail Collective Culinary experience features more than 15 food vendors from across Philadelphia and beyond. Access and tickets to the paid portion of the event can be found here.
