The song speaks to the question, what drives creativity? Resolving in the conclusion that, “in a past life, I must’ve had unfinished business.”
All meaning and motives aside, the song’s a rocker. It kicks and stumbles over the cornerstones of great rock’n’roll - 3 chords, 2 electric guitars, a great rhythm section and a great song, all captured pretty much live, unpretentious and loose in all the right ways.
