This experience is for anyone who feels constantly overwhelmed, emotionally wired, exhausted but unable to fully rest, or stuck in a cycle of anxiety their body can’t seem to shut off.A Nervous System Reset is not about “relaxing harder” or forcing calm. It’s about helping your body feel safe enough to settle, so your mind can follow.
During this experience, I guide you through a blend of nervous system education, grounding techniques, and sound-based regulation, all designed to help you understand what’s happening in your body — and how to work with it instead of fighting it.
We begin with simple, accessible education around:
-how the nervous system responds to stress and anxiety
-why overwhelm shows up physically (racing thoughts, tension, shutdown, fatigue)
-how to teach your body to get out of stress mode
-You’ll learn practical tools you can use in real life — not just during the session — to support regulation when anxiety or overstimulation shows up.
From there, you’ll be guided into a Reiki-infused sound bath, where sound is used as a nervous system support tool rather than just a relaxation experience. The tones and pacing are intentional, gentle, and trauma-aware, allowing the body to fully relax, release tension, and rest.
This is a supportive, non-judgmental space. There’s no expectation to share or have a breakthrough. Some people feel deeply calm, others feel emotional release, clarity, or simply a quieting of the noise — all responses are welcome.
This experience is especially supportive if you:
-feel overstimulated or emotionally fried
-struggle with anxiety, chronic stress, or tension
-have trouble sleeping or shutting your mind off
-feel disconnected from your body or stuck in survival mode
-want tools that actually make sense, not just coping platitudes
This is not therapy or medical treatment — it’s education, regulation, and support, held in a way that respects your nervous system and your pace.
A 48 hour notice must be given to receive a class credit for any missed class.
