It is an absolute joy and honour to be invited to bring this very special class to our local community.
The Outdoor Well-Being class is designed for all ages and abilities, blending:
✨ Gentle warm-ups to mobilise your joints
✨ Light pulse-raisers to awaken your energy (adaptable for all medical needs)
✨ Low to moderate resistance work for strength and longevity
✨ Breath, movement, and relaxation for full-body rejuvenation
This class is grounded in nature, held outdoors in the Courtyard Garden. Being among the elements adds a powerful healing component. Research shows that moving outdoors reduces stress, lifts your mood, sharpens focus, and boosts your immunity.
? You’ll leave feeling energised, refreshed, and more connected to yourself and the world around you.
