The Other Comedy Workshop

Adam’s & Lizzie’s approach to teaching comedy starts with building a solid foundation to grow from. Clarifying your comedic POV. Joke writing, crowd work, promotion and FUN! Comics will build a "tight 5" minute set to showcase at the graduation show. Graduates will be considered for the Other show at the Hollywood Improv's monthly residency.

Adam & Lizzie’s process works for anyone looking to clarify, explore or discover their comedic voice, from the greenest of newcomers to established working comedians. Instruction is very hands on and centered around each individual.

The experience of honing your comidic voice benefits actors, writers, improvisers...non performers welcome too! A sense of humor is all that’s required.

You will be guided through joke writing, creating characters, improvising skills, stage persona and connecting with ANY audience.

Build self confidence, develop your personal brand. Establish a fanbase, grow your social media, learn how to promote, secure bookings. Also make friends! Graduates will receive thier tapes to help market themselves to other opportunity providers, create clips for social media as well as photos and portraits from the show!
