Tickets cost £10, redeemable on The Ordinary purchased on the day. Customers will also receive a complimentary gift for their attendance.

Joining an in-store event

Please arrive at the store at least 10 minutes before the start of the session and make your way to the John Lewis Lounge on Floor 5. Please bring your ticket with you, either printed or on your phone.
