The Order of Melchizedek Ordinations and Reunion

A ONCE-IN-A-LIFETIME ORDINATION AT SERPENT MOUND

November 7, 2026

Gathering & Potluck — 12:00 Noon

Ordinations — 1:00–5:00 pm

Serpent Mound, Ohio

On November 7, Reverend Daniel Chesbro, founder of the Order of Melchizedek, will be making a special visit to Ohio. As part of this visit, he will journey with us to the sacred grounds of Serpent Mound, where he will personally initiate and ordain a new group of Priests and Priestesses into the Order of Melchizedek.

And now, we are expanding this special day into an Order of Melchizedek Reunion!

Current Priests and Priestesses of the Order of Melchizedek are warmly invited to join us as we gather in community, reconnect with one another, welcome our newest Priests and Priestesses, and share in the energy of this extraordinary day.

We will gather at 12:00 noon for a Potluck in the Shelter House before the Ordinations begin at 1:00 pm. Please bring a dish to share and a folding chair.

Current Priests and Priestesses who would like to attend the Reunion and support the Ordinations are welcome to join us with a donation.

✨ A Very Special Opportunity for New Ordinations ✨

This is the first and only time Reverend Chesbro has offered an opportunity to receive the Melchizedek Ordination at Serpent Mound.

For those who have felt the call to the Priesthood of Melchizedek, this offers an extraordinary convergence: receiving the sacred initiation directly from Reverend Chesbro while gathered at one of the most ancient and energetically significant sacred sites in Ohio.

Serpent Mound has long been regarded as a place of ceremony, mystery, Earth energy and spiritual significance. To stand upon these sacred grounds and make a commitment to a path of Unconditional Love and willing service creates a deeply meaningful setting for initiation.

Whether you have been considering ordination for some time or are only now feeling the call, this is a unique opportunity to answer that calling in a truly remarkable way.

And for those who are already Priests and Priestesses of the Order, come home to the circle. Gather with Reverend Chesbro and your fellow Melchizedek community as we welcome another group into the Priesthood and celebrate the path we share.

About the Order of Melchizedek

Reverend Dan Chesbro, of the Sanctuary of the Beloved, is an ordained minister, intuitive counselor, author, lecturer and teacher. In 1986, he received the guidance, “It is time to call the Priests.”

Having ordained over 17,000 people into the Order of Melchizedek since then, the stories of how it has transformed people’s lives are remarkable. Whatever your calling in becoming ordained—to officiate weddings, raise your vibration, deepen your spiritual service, or have a transformational experience—you can receive an “energy boost” to enhance the work you are already doing.

The Initiation into the Order of Melchizedek is a sacred ceremony in which you will receive a high-level attunement of Melchizedek energy. You will learn about Melchizedek and how to use this energy in your everyday life.

The Order of Melchizedek is an ancient Service Order, a priesthood of individuals dedicated to teaching the way of Unconditional Love and healing the Human Condition. Priests are self-selected, and their ultimate commitment is between God and themselves. There is no dogma and no hierarchy in the Priesthood. Everyone is welcome to register.

About Reverend Daniel Chesbro

Rev. Daniel Chesbro was born in Groton, Connecticut, on August 22, 1944. His intuitive abilities awakened in childhood through dreams and a “feeling” of guidance. As a college student at the University of Connecticut, his experiences guided him to pursue a ministerial career.

Following seminary training at Andover Newton Theological School, Crozer Seminary and Colgate Divinity School, Rev. Chesbro became an American Baptist Minister, serving congregations in Boston, Philadelphia, Rochester and Webster, New York.

At age 33, he began traveling to spiritual conferences, teaching, counseling and lecturing, as well as appearing on radio and television. For several years, Reverend Chesbro hosted a cable television program called The Open Door. His work has taken him throughout the United States and to Canada, Europe, India, Tibet and Egypt.

A Certificate of Ordination will be mailed to you following the class.
