Join the One Heart Sister Circle as we shed our shoes, let down our hair, and connect with each other through drumming, ecstatic dance, and conversation.

You are invited to bring your drums... but
If you don't have a drum, you can
Look around your house for something you can drum on...
A box that sounds resonate (wood or cardboard).
A large book, a plastic tub...
Go around your house and beat out a rhythm on potential drum substitutes! Literally find what resonates!
OR ~ Simply bring yourself! And find your inner rhythm through movement.
