PEACE OF MIND REFUND POLICY >If you don’t get into university we’ll refund your ticket (Fatsoma do not refund booking fees). You’ll just need to email [email protected] with evidence. WRISTBAND COLLECTIONS >Your ticket must be exchanged for a wristband. To collect your wristband you will need your barcoded ticket from Fatsoma.Wristbands must be collected on entry to the first event. You can pick up wristbands on behalf of your friends as long as you have their Fatsoma barcode.
