Attorney Candace Neal is a Berkeley-trained attorney and Bakersfield native with over 13 years of experience in business, real estate, civil, and contract law. After training at nationally recognized firms including Reed Smith LLP and Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, Candace returned home to build a law practice rooted in clarity, strategy, advocacy, and real results.
