Over the last 16 years The Big Freshers Icebreaker has provided a right of passage between ordinary life and University for over 500,000 students... and now it's your turn. This is the most successful and well attended freshers event in UK history!
This is not just an event... It's a tradition! We sell out very far in advance every year, so please make sure to buy your ticket early. This is not your usual budget student night event, this is a high end production show that will live long in your memory!
We offer something everyone can enjoy, we work hard to make our event the most inclusive there is. Big parties and drinking might not be your thing but Icebreaker is all about making friends and being the standout night as you adjust to university life and enter adulthood!
Social Wristband Challenges & Icebreaker Competition:Every ticket comes with an Icebreaker wristband which is collected on arrival. On each wristband there will be a list of social challenges to complete on the night with your new flatmates! We don't need to tell you how to make friends, but we certainly know how to mix things up and make things interesting 😏 😈

🚩 No venues listed for event/events - Or unsuitable venues listed
🚩 No previous photos or video evidence of the event happening
🚩 Vague or nonsensical event descriptions
🚩 99p tickets listed in venues that are unsuitable
🚩 Small event following, companies with big Fatsoma followings are reputable, every-time someone buys a ticket they are added to your Fatsoma following.

FAQ SECTION
🗣️ Can my non-university friends or partner attend?✅ Yes they can! They will still need to have purchased their own tickets but every student is allowed 2 non-students to join them for entry.
🗣️ Why do the tickets come in different price tiers?✅ There is only a limited amount of tickets we can sell. Therefore we operate a festival style ticketing model. The earlier you buy your ticket the cheaper it will be.
🗣️ Does my ticket need to be in my name?✅ No it doesn't, we just need to scan your barcode. However, please be cautious when buying tickets from a third party.
🗣️ Where can I collect my add ons? (Icebreaker T-Shirt & LED Batons)✅ When you get entry into the event, simply show a member of our staff your add on ticket and you will be given these upon entry.
🗣️ What ID will I need to provide on entry?✅ You will need to show a valid driving licence, provisional driving licence or passport. This is in line with the national guidelines and nightclub entry requirements policy.
