1. No Refunds:
   All ticket purchases for the yacht party are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to weather conditions, changes in personal plans, or dissatisfaction with the event.
   
2. Event Cancellations:
   In the unlikely event that the yacht party is canceled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to severe weather, mechanical issues, or other safety concerns, we will offer a rescheduled date or a credit towards a future event. No cash refunds will be provided.
   
3. Ticket Transfers:
   If you are unable to attend the yacht party, you may transfer your ticket to another individual. Please contact us at least 48 hours before the event with the new attendee’s information to facilitate the transfer.
   
4. Weather Conditions:
   The yacht party will proceed rain or shine. In cases of extreme weather where it is deemed unsafe to proceed, the event will be rescheduled. Refunds will not be issued due to weather conditions.
   
5. Event Alterations:
   We reserve the right to make necessary changes to the event schedule, itinerary, or other details as required. No refunds will be provided for such changes.
