Our usual opening , active listening as we take turns sharing our cards, how they resonate with us, etc.

Activity: Echos of Self 🪞

I will guide you through a meditation, as you look into a mirror, opportunities to share what you want to tell yourself at each age of ourselves we will meet, has been incorporated into the guided meditation. I have a single mirror for every participant, that you will be able to take home with you after. I do believe this is the most powerful and beautiful thing I have created thus far.

After we will have time to mingle with each other, enjoy the new patio furniture, or poles, before we close the circle.
