About this Event
The Oasis: A Grown Woman Roundtable – Luncheon & Conversation is an intimate, in-person gathering curated by IHateAdulthood.
Designed as a safe space for Black women to connect, share stories, and grow together, The Oasis blends good food, real talk, and meaningful connections.
We’re bringing together voices from across the area for honest conversations about the real stuff no one prepares you for:💸 Finances🧠 Mental health🏠 Housing📱 Social media🤍 Boundaries…and everything in between.
This isn’t a panel. It’s a table. And we want your voice at it!
What is IHateAdulthood?
A digital and in-person community helping Black women navigate the chaos of adulthood with resources, conversation, and connection.

- A warm, welcoming luncheon with a Caribbean Inspired Menu and beverages
- Engaging roundtable conversations on love, wellness, finances, and more
- Interactive activities, including our Grown Woman Vanity for affirmations
- Networking with like-minded women in a supportive environment

Come cute, come confident. We’re encouraging attendees to wear something fashion-forward, feel-good, and grown-woman fine — in the colors of nature and the bloom of the season.
