Tales of a maiden stuck in the muck, snapping turtles, watermelon napping, an Underground Railroad connection, a flood escape route, and more will be told by Susan Taylor on a one-mile stroll down the Delaware Canal towpath and North and South Edgewater Avenues. A Halloween treat will be a view of Canal-O-Ween, Yardley's now famous line-up of hundreds of carved pumpkins. This end-of-day view highlights the details of all the creativity. Pumpkin chocolate chip cookies for all at the end of the walk.
