Something a little different is coming to Cheltenham.
The Nostalgic Breathwork Experience is a guided breathwork journey for six people, using music chosen very deliberately - not for what it is, but for what it does to you.
Through gentle guided breathing, you'll move into an altered state - deeply relaxed, emotionally open, and carried somewhere you didn't expect to go. The music will do things to you that music doesn't normally do.
This is not a yoga class. It's not a meditation. It's something genuinely new.

What to expect:
- A warm welcome and full guidance before we begin
- 60 minutes of live facilitated breathwork accompanied with carefully curated music from your past
- Integration and closing circle
- Refreshments, herbal teas, light snacks, and time to decompress afterwards
- Home by 9pm!
Spaces are limited to six people intentionally. This is an intimate experience.

Please note this experience involves deep breathing which can produce an altered state. Not suitable for those who are pregnant, have heart conditions, epilepsy, severe anxiety or have had recent surgery. A short health screening form will be sent prior to the event.
