The North Pole Experience 2025

Join us for our North Pole Experience, Saturday, December 6! Times are available from 8:30am -2:00pm. Each session is open for 1 hour. Santa will be there and each child 5th grade or younger receives a gift. This event is for the whole family (only children 5th grade and under receive a gift). Explore the North Pole at your pace as much or little as you'd like within your session time. We have brought back our live skit with the hilarious elves, which will occur the last 15 minutes at the end of each session. We are so excited! The event is stroller and wheelchair accessible. There are a limited number of ticket reservations. ONLY CHILDREN ages 0-5th grade must reserve a ticket. Adults do not need a ticket this year. Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

No IDs are required but only children 5th grade and younger will receive a gift. All family members ages 0-110 can attend!

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

There is ample parking on the church property both up front and in the rear of the church building. Additional parking is available in the plaza. Please do not park near the BINGO hall or St. Michaels Church.

What can/can't I bring to the event?

You're welcome to bring whatever you need to make things comfortable for you and your children. Please turn off cell phone ringers during the event and do not bring any loud toys that would cause a distraction. Do not bring drugs, alcohol, or weapons of any kind on the property.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Yes, as long as you contact our office prior to event. Due to the limited space, please do not show up at a different time than what your emailed time reads. If you have a conflict, please email us at [email protected]

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, ALL TICKETS ARE WILL CALL ONLY, you will get your ticket when you check in on the day of the event.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

No. It is very important that the name, age and gender on the ticket is the name of the attendee. Santa's elves are very particular about this.

Do I have a choice on my child's gift?

The elves do their best to match age and gender appropriate toys to each child based on registration. We apologize if your child receives a gift he/she does not like but please remember this is a free event. We work very hard to create this special memory for you to have with your child.

Why Santa? Aren't you a church?

Yes, we are! We love to use the fun and joyful tradition of Santa to tell the story of Jesus, the true meaning of Christmas.

Are you going to ask me for donations?

No. This is a free event, truely free! We don't want anyone to feel obligated to pay for anything. Coastal Christian Church does this event because we want to give back to our community, and just love people. If someone wants to participate in supporting these events, a special lantern will be located at the exit for that purpose. If your child has a positive experience and you want the fun to continue, we offer a Kid's Church event every Sunday morning at 9:30 am. They will love it. We offer an inspirational worship service for adults at the same time. The Sunday adult worship service is casual with contemporary music. We would love to have you be our guest anytime.
