The aim is to try and allow Property professionals locally to able to hear from leading Industry Professionals on a range of subjects like the benefits of being professionally registered, an update of all the recent changes in legislation, how to deal with damp and condensation in properties and generally gaining knowledge in a rapidly changing environment. North East Landlords would like to help Property Professionals locally be ahead of the curve and demonstrate to Mr Gove and our local Councils that we are committed to improving property standards in the region and we are professional in our dealings with Tenants.

There will also be ample opportunity to speak to a wide range of exhibitors during the day about their relevant services or our speakers as they will be in a separate area.

The event is geared to the needs of Letting Agents and Landlords and is an excellent opportunity to make sure you are up to date with all the recent legislation changes affecting Property Professionals and the services that are available to you.

This promises to be a rally popular and informative day.

NOTE WE NOW HAVE TWO DIFFERENT TICKET TYPES

If you need confirmation of your attendance for any reason at all, including as evidence of learning for CPD purposes, you MUST purchase a paid ticket. Note that to obtain proof of attendance you must also turn up AND sign in on arrival. If you do not we will not be able to send confirmation.

If you are not able to attend, and did not cancel your ticket in advance within the stated timescales, you will not receive a refund. We cannot guarantee that our proof of attendance will be accepted by any body for CPD purposes. If you leave before the end then we cannot give proof of attendance for the day.

If you do not need proof of attendance then please feel free to use a free ticket while they are still available!

Please note that we reserve the right to raise a charge to people that book a free ticket but do not attend on the day. Please therefore cancel your ticket if not able to make it so it can be reallocated.
