The Night Before: an Immersive Art Party Celebrating Contemporary Sculpture

The Night Before is a one-night art party celebrating what sculpture can be and a fundraiser for The Sculpture Center (TSC), Cleveland’s leading contemporary art space dedicated to ambitious artistic experimentation, and among the few institutions in the country devoted exclusively to sculpture. 

During the event, TSC’s courtyard, galleries, and rarely-seen David E. Davis art collection will come alive with artist-led activations, curated sounds, and an atmospheric lightscape. Guests will move through the space encountering artists, interactive installations, an “Art for a Cause” artwork sale, and unexpected moments while enjoying drinks and bites throughout the evening.

More than an art party and fundraiser, The Night Before reflects The Sculpture Center’s vision for the future of contemporary art in Cleveland: ambitious, unexpected, community-driven, and alive with possibility. The event brings together artists, collectors, cultural leaders, and supporters in celebration of the creative experimentation that shapes both the city and the broader field of contemporary sculpture.
