Lallemand Brewing invites you to an evening of yeast, science and sensory. You will learn about new technologies that produce superior yeasts in terms of performance and flavor. This event aims at bringing the local brewing community together. Join the conversation and share your feedback on beers brewed with some of the strains currently in development, which were produced at the Siebel Institute of Technology Pilot Brewing Facility.
