About this Event
You are good at what you do.
You have led, given, built, and shown up - for your work, your people, your family.
And yet, somewhere in the midst of all of that, something quieter in you has been waiting. A part of you that hasn’t had the space to breathe, to be heard, or to be written back into being.
If you recognise this feeling, the sense that you have been living from the outside in for too long, this invitation is for you. Many women in mid-life and leadership arrive at a moment where achievement no longer feels like enough.
The diary is full, but something essential feels empty. The roles are clear, but the sense of who you are beneath them has grown harder to find. This is not a crisis. It is a question; and journaling and therapeutic writing are among the most powerful tools we have to begin answering it.
That is exactly what this day is designed for.
The Next Chapter –A Writing & Reflection Retreat for Women Leaders Who Know There Is More: a one-day journaling and writing retreat for women who are ready to tend to their inner life with the same care and intelligence they have brought to everything else.
Rooted in the principles of positive psychology, the day is built around what we know helps human beings truly flourish - reconnecting with your values, rediscovering meaning, and finding language for what you want the next chapter of your life to look like. You will use writing not as a productivity tool, but as a reflection tool and a way of coming home to yourself in order to build a more powerful and authentic next chapter .
You will leave with more than words on a page. You will leave with greater clarity about what matters most to you, a renewed sense of purpose, and the beginnings of a map toward a life that feels genuinely nourishing - not just full. Where your soul feels truly fed.
The day will include:
· Values Exploration & Deep Listening – getting beneath the noise to what genuinely matters to you
· Reflective Writing & Meaning-Making – using journaling to reconnect with purpose and directing
· Storytelling & Narrative – rewriting the story you are telling about this season of your life
· Nature & Stillness – creating the conditions for honest, unhurried reflection
· Poetry & Shared Stories – the company of women leaders who understand the journey
You will write. You will reflect. You will be witnessed.

Investment:
£295 per person
Early Bird Bring a Friend: £400 for two friends, colleagues, or community members booking together and paying at the same time and booked before 30th June 2026
