About this Event
Explore everything the Library and our partner organizations offer to help teens navigate college applications and admissions. More than 30 colleges, universities, and community-based organizations will be present to share information and resources with students and families. We will also have workshops and hands-on activities to help build your college readiness skills!
NYPL’s College Fair is free and open to all teens. For school staff or community-based organizations bringing students to the college fair, please request a ticket for each student attending so that we can get an accurate count of potential attendees.
Tickets are available in two blocks: 1) entry at 10 AM and 2) entry at 11:30 AM. Both entry times will allow you the opportunity to experience the entire fair.
Note: The College Fair is held during the school day so that schools and educators can bring teens to attend as a part of a class trip. If you are unable to attend the College Fair but want to find out more about how the Library can support you on your further education journey, we encourage you to visit nypl.org/collegeandcareers for all of our college readiness resources.

Just for Teens at the Library!
The New York Public Library has so much to offer teens, including resources for achieving academic success; welcoming, well-equipped spaces for building skills and developing creative projects; a wide array of materials for learning and exploring extracurricular interests; and mental health support.
In our branches across the Bronx, Manhattan, and Staten Island—as well as our newly expanded Teen Centers in select locations—we offer millions of books and e-books, tech and digital tools, and more to equip teens with what they need to succeed both today and in the future. Learn more.
College & Career Pathways has been made possible thanks to the generous support of The Helen Gurley Brown Foundation.
These programs and initiatives are part of the Library’s overall commitment to our branch patrons and education programs, led by the Merryl and James Tisch Director of Branch Libraries and Education. Major support for educational programming is provided by Merryl H. and James S. Tisch.
