The Neurodiverse Lot

In recent years, the topic of neurodiversity has gained significant attention, and it has become increasingly relevant within our own hospitality community.

For this 'Lot' event, we are creating a space for education and conversation about neurodiversity in the hospitality industry.
We know when we create environments where everyone feels included and valued, they’re way more likely to stick around.

Our ultimate goal is to make hospitality more inclusive for neurodiverse individuals. With people being at the heart of everything we do, our first step is to ensure that our businesses are inclusive and welcoming workplaces for our teams!

• Hear from our fantastic guest speaker Izzy Rosenblatt, founder of Rosey Family Support and Trainee Psychotherapist. Izzy specialises in Neurodivergence & Mental Health. She is an expert in creating supportive spaces for neurodivergent indivuduals, she shares effective support methods, anticipatory support strategies, and best communication practices, as well as providing emotional support for family's and care givers.
