This workshop paints a holistic picture of the human experience by merging both scientific and spiritual pespectives. We look into the beginnings of the electrical propagation of the brain (brain waves) and how this energy can be understood and harnessed through mental practices (mindfulness) that help hone attention, direct the conscious mind, and activate areas of the brain that lead to deeper states of consciousness, introspection, and self actualization.
