The Nervous System Reset: Breath, Movement & Sound for Everyday Regulation
Advertisement
Stress, overwhelm, fatigue, anxiety, and brain fog often have one thing in common: a nervous system that needs support.
In this experiential workshop, you'll learn the difference between upregulating practices that increase energy, focus, and engagement, and downregulating practices that promote calm, rest, and recovery. Through simple yoga postures, intentional breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices, you'll discover how to work with your nervous system rather than against it.
Together we'll explore practical tools that take as little as 60 seconds and can be woven into everyday life. You'll leave with a deeper understanding of how small moments of regulation can strengthen resilience and create lasting change over time.
The evening concludes with a restorative meditation and immersive sound healing experience, offering an opportunity to integrate what you've learned and settle into a state of ease.
No prior yoga or meditation experience is necessary.
Please bring your own mat.
