The Nature Break in the City

Hosted by , in collaboration with and

Step outside for a guided nature-connection session along the River Thames, designed to bring clarity, perspective, and calm. Slow down, reflect, and reconnect with the living world in a way that nourishes both mind and mission.

What inspiration and ideas arise when we settle the mind and deepen our relationship with nature? How can the natural world help us connect more deeply with our purpose?

This facilitated experience invites you to explore how nature can support you and your work to build a better world.

Led by Kay Michael, Executive and Creative Director of the award-winning Letters to the Earth, you’ll engage in solo and group nature-connection practices and creative activities that will widen your perspective and foster clarity, with the invitation to bring your experience - as well as nature - back into your working day.

Join an emerging community of nature-connected leaders and leave with practical ways to stay connected, both personally and professionally.

Meeting and end point: the wide entrance of Jubilee Gardens, along Belvedere Road (opposite Hexagon Technology Group).

Come dressed for the outdoors, with minimal baggage. Sit mats will be provided.

About Letters to the Earth

Letters to the Earth is an award-winning global participatory and storytelling organisation, building the environmental movement by transforming people’s relationship with nature. They work across the education, civil society, and private sectors, delivering creative workshops, nature-based programmes and storytelling campaigns designed to inspire, activate and support change-makers for a more sustainable and regenerative world.

About Subak

Subak is a climate action incubator. We equip the climate movement with the skills, knowledge, and networks to drive systems change.

Our approach is rooted in living systems thinking, supporting change at three interconnected levels: the self, community, and the wider system. This means growing inner capacity, strengthening collaboration, and enabling structural transformation, all essential to building long-term climate resilience.
