About the Instructor

Amanda Lotz holds a Bachelor's of Divinity from the University of Metaphysical Sciences. She is also a certified energy practitioner and teacher in multiple lineages including Usui Reiki, Karuna Ki, and Kundalini Reiki. Amanda is a yoga and meditation instructor who specializes in delivering trauma-informed practices to students of all ages. Currently she volunteers as an online retreat host and participates on the Inclusion and Equity Committee with Natural Dharma Fellowship. Amanda is also earning a Master's degree focusing on the use of energy healing modalities as a way to address deep-rooted trauma of the spiritual and physical body.
