You are very invited to this very special Music Time Big Christmas Gig at Clyde Hall in East Croydon this December!

For young children aged 0-5yrs and their families this big lively session is full of sensory fun, arty activities, refreshments, a raffle, pass the parcel, guest entertainment and of course a lovely big Music Time where we sing and play instruments all together.... This is a mini indoors festival!

Seating will be provided but you may like to bring a blanket and cushions for an extra bit of comfort.

Doors at 10am. There will be time to explore the activities and have a cuppa before a big Music Time and the raffle. The session will finish at 12.

DETAILS ON BOOKINGS:

Those on the Music Time mailing list can avoid booking fees by requesting to pay directly by bank transfer. You can request to join by emailing Jenny at [email protected]

One tea/ coffee token per ticket.

Accompanying older siblings and family friends are welcome but please be aware this is an event aimed at children aged 0-5yrs. Each booking must have at least one child aged 0-5yrs.

If you find you cannot attend you are welcome to have someone come in your place. Please let me know so I can amend the attendee list.

PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE NO REFUNDS if after purchasing tickets you find you can no longer make the event.

This is because every bit of money goes towards putting the event on. If you find you cannot attend you are welcome to have someone come in your place and you can arrange payment from them to you. In any case, please let Jenny know if you can no longer attend so the attendee list can be amended.

Refunds are only available if the Music Time Big Christmas Gig is cancelled or postponed and not rescheduled within 90 days of the postponement.

PARKING: On street bay parking, parking directly outside hall in the small car park is available but is first come first served for those with reduced mobility.

​

The hall is served by tram at Lebanon Road and East Croydon with a walk
Buses 410, 312 and 197 stop close by.
Please try and leave buggies in the car or at home. This way there will be more space for humans!
