During this session you will learn about the world of drifting and different ways you can position yourself in an industry valued at $799.2 million in 2024 and projected to reach $1.5 billion by 2035.

Drifting in the US is rooted in grassroots, underground, and authenticity. Just like music, most of its people have to self-finance their professional pursuits, and they both overlap in the entertainment, film, fashion, and lifestyle industries. With these qualities, it makes sense to bring these sectors together to build bridges and leverage resources for mutual benefit.

Formula Drift is the premier North American professional drifting series. The is a first-of-its-kind opportunity to engage with one of its national leaders, the legendary Chris Jackson, owner of US Drift Circuit, the nationally designated sanctioning body of Formula Drift for the State of Florida.

You’ll hear perspectives from drivers, corporate sponsors, and music industry professionals about where they’re excited to cultivate opportunities. We’ll also feature a great example of a collaborative project between music and drifting that happened organically.

The Creative Industries Business Chamber™ is an incorporated, start-up not-for-profit, operating by word of mouth, serving community while simultaneously building infrastructure.

The for-profit value of this session is $100 per person. We’re inviting you for $25, with 30% of our earnings contributing to preservation a venue on the national register of historic places, the Fort Lauderdale Woman’s Club.
