The town of River City, Iowa will never be the same after the smooth talking traveling salesman Harold Hill convinces them a children’s band is the only way to save their town from the terrors of a pool hall. Little does Harold suspect that he will never be the same either after taking on this Iowa town and its librarian, Marian Paroo.
