Are you ready to take the challenge?This is the third consecutive year The Club at Prairie Stone has been an official host of The Murph Challenge which honors the life, service, sacrifice and legacy of LT. Michael P. Murphy.
The “Murph” consists of a 1-mile run, 100 pullups, 200 pushups, 300 air squats, and finishes with another 1-mile run (in a 20 LB vest or body armor).
Certified instructors will be present and offer modified versions for all fitness levels.
The event is free for active military, veterans and members of The Club at Prairie Stone. Non-members pay a $15.00 guest fee.
Participants can sign up for the challenge at the front desk in advance or on the day of the event.
