This presentation will walk attendees through how the village uses data, community feedback, Village Board priorities, and tools like the National Community Survey to guide annual budget planning. Participants will also learn where village revenues come from, how funds are distributed—particularly within the General Fund, the primary source for day-to-day operations—and gain a clear understanding of how financial decisions support a safe, well-maintained, and thriving community.
