Expect thoughtful instruction, hands-on practice, and plenty of time for questions—all in a warm, welcoming setting. You’ll leave with practical brewing skills, a deeper appreciation for specialty coffee, and the confidence to recreate an elevated pour-over experience at home. Guests will learn how to properly brew pour-over coffee using both an Origami dripper and an AeroPress, exploring grind size, water temperature, ratios, and pour technique. Through guided tastings, you’ll experience how different brewing methods and approaches can unlock entirely different flavor profiles from the same coffee bean.

Along the way, we will break down the “why” behind each method, helping you identify what styles and flavor expressions best suit your personal palate.
