Kick off the weekend with an evening of music, movement, culture, and community. Through the Roots & Rhythms Workshop, live performances, and a welcome social, participants will experience the traditions that shape Cuban dance while connecting with fellow dancers and artists.

What You’ll Experience:
• Traditional Afro-Cuban songs and call-and-response singing
• Applied rhythm through percussion and body percussion

Spend the day exploring Afro-Cuban movement, history, music, and cultural traditions through an immersive training led by Yusniel Garcia.
