⭕️ABOUT:
The Movement RDVs are weekly somatic-informed dance classes that evolve as a themed cycle progression.
Classes start with smooth guided somatic warm-ups based on functional anatomy and imagery that nurture proprioceptive kinetic awareness and open up the space for improvised creative explorations. We then embark on a dynamic flow, in and out of the floor, where the whole body becomes a fleeting intelligent surface of support, moving in a 3D spatial awareness with momentum, ease, and efficiency.
