IMAGE Motherload presents: The Early Days - Expert advice and honest conversations on navigating the early stages of motherhood.

Hosted by IMAGE The Motherload’s Dominique McMullan, the panel will feature Kim O’Sullivan, beauty entrepreneur and founder of The Dublin Makeup Academy and BROW AID, who will share realistic self-care and beauty tips to help busy mums carve out time for themselves. Also joining the panel is Ursula Quinn, paediatric sleep consultant, registered nurse and founder of The Sleep Consultant, who specialises in infant sleep, establishing routines and supporting parental wellbeing. Along with Aileen Cox Blundell, registered Nutritionist and Sunday Times No. 1 bestselling author who founded Baby Led Feeding to help parents navigate the often-overwhelming experience of starting solids.

Together, they’ll get into the reality of those first months of motherhood, from feeding, sleep and your baby’s development to looking after your own wellbeing, identity and the enormous adjustment that comes with becoming a mum. Expect practical advice, plenty of reassurance and a reminder that none of us is supposed to have it all figured out.

Tickets are just €5, with all proceeds going to Children’s Health Foundation, supporting sick children and their families.
