Mother’s Day can hold many emotions… love, grief, distance, longing, confusion — sometimes all at once.The Mother Wound Circle is a gentle, supportive space to explore and release what lives within your heart around motherhood in all its forms — whether that’s your relationship with your mother, your experience as a mother, or the parts of yourself still seeking nurturing.
This is not about blame.
This is about awareness, compassion, and coming home to yourself.
Together, we will move through a guided healing experience including: • Journaling & reflection
• Meditation & sound bath
• Breathwork & somatic release
• Cord cutting, water release, and return-to-self ritual
This experience is designed to be soft, grounding, and self-paced. You are always in control of how deeply you go. Sharing is welcome, but never required.
Whether your mother is present, absent, loving, complicated, or no longer here… you are welcome in this space.
