THE MOTH seen HEREThe Moth StorySLAM is an open-mic storytelling competition in which anyone can share a true, personal, 5-minute story on the nights theme. Sign up for a chance to tell a story or sit back and enjoy the show! Tonights theme is This months theme LOVE WINSPrepare a five minute story about the triumph of LOVE! Romantic yearnings answered. Loneliness vanquished. Matches made in heavenThe long, scary, and sometimes weird road to finding a friend group or partner who feels like a puzzle piece snapped into place. They say there is a lid for every pot, but in the wise words of Whitney, learning to love yourself is the greatest love of all. DOORS: 6PMSHOW: 7PMTickets for Chicago StorySLAMs go on sale 3 weeks prior to the show date at 3 PM ET. Seating is not guaranteed and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be sure to arrive at least 10 minutes before the show. Admission is not guaranteed for late arrivals. All sales final. As many as 10 tickets may be available at the door for all of our StorySLAMs on a first-come, first-served basis.Grab dinner before the show at BABYGOLD BARBECUEOr enjoy full service dining inside the club when doors open.***PARKING***There is rather limited street parking in the area, we recommend arriving by rideshare, bicycle, or rickshaw. This event is 21 and over. Any ticket holder unable to present valid identification indicating that they are at least 21 years of age will not be admitted to this event, and will not be eligible for a refund. Thank you for purchasing a ticket to FITZGERALDS! If you selected Will Call, you'll check in at the entrance when doors open for the show. Please have an ID ready. If the event is General Admission, there is no Reserved Seating. Under 21 ok if accompanied by parent or guardian. Tickets are NOT mailed to you unless you select delivery. All Tickets are Non-Refundable. All Tickets are Non-Transferrable. A NON-REFUNDABLE service charge will be added to the purchase price of each ticket - in the instance of a show cancellation, this fee will not be returned. Parking is available on the street with no permit restrictions or meters; DO NOT park in business or mini-mall lots or you will be towed. NO Filming or Audio Recording without written consent from the performing artist Outside food and/or drink is not allowed.
