Flow & Plunge
A space created to ground you, move, be present, and connect you with like-minded people.
What to Expect:
Meet up at the grass above Law Street Beach for a refreshing & connected morning meetup! We’ll start by grounding with about 20 minutes of light stretching and yoga-style movements—perfect for all levels.
Afterward, we’ll walk down to the beach for an optional plunge into the ocean!
Yes, the water’s chilly, but that’s part of it ✨
No pressure, though—if you prefer to stay cozy, you’re welcome to hang out on the sand.
After the plunge, feel free to continue connecting over coffee a couple blocks away at a nearby shop. The shop will be within walking distance.
What to Bring:
• A mat, towel, or blanket for stretching and for drying off
• Wear comfortable clothes you can move in
• A bathing suit underneath, if you’re planning to plunge
• Optional: A change of clothes for after the ocean.
Come as you are, meet new people, and start your day with good energy!
