We're Lana & Charlie and we believe weekends are for more than recovering from the night before!
The Morning After brings together like-minded people through memorable experiences, good food, movement and good company - for mornings worth getting out of bed for.
Who's it for?
If you're looking for a different way to spend your Sunday, come along. Whether you're coming with friends or flying solo, you'll be joining a group of people who fancy doing something a little different with their weekend.
For our very first event, we're heading to Stone & Steam at Hartcliffe City Farm for a two-hour Sunday morning social.

Info: Meet your hosts Lana and Charlie, grab a drink and settle in. They'll give you a brief intro to TMA and we will do some quick introductions.
🕑: 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM
Sauna & cold plunge
Info: Time to turn up the heat, take the plunge and see what you're made of. We'll move between the sauna and cold water together, with the option to challenge yourself with a two-minute cold plunge.
🕑: 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM
Brunch & hang
Info: Grab your Gurt Lush granola pot, chat with the group and ease into the rest of your Sunday.
