Join me for a soothing session designed to reset your nervous system. This monthly gathering blends gentle movements, restorative yoga and a sound journey, helping you unwind, relax, and recharge. Perfect for anyone looking to find a peaceful sanctuary.
This Monthly Restorative Yoga Sound Healing Journey will be offered the 4th Saturday of every month to create space to slow down, breathe deeply, and to return to ourselves.
Get ready to relax and unwind while you enjoy crystal singing bowls, chimes, and a symphonic gong, inviting deep rest and nervous system restoration.

After practice, stay for tea, light snacks, and conversation as we build community together.

A $25 donation is suggested to support each event and can be made either in cash, placed in the donation box at the event, or through Venmo @Machelle-Lee-1.

What is a sound journey?
A sound journey is a meditative experience where soothing sounds and vibrations create a space for relaxation, reflection, and inner exploration. Through instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, participants are invited to rest deeply, quiet the mind, and connect with themselves in a unique and personal way.
About Machelle
Machelle discovered yoga in 2008 while searching for greater strength and flexibility to support her climbing practice. What began as a physical pursuit evolved into a powerful path of balance, healing, and self-discovery. Inspired by the transformative impact yoga had on her life, she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training through Hawaii School of Yoga in 2018 and has been sharing the practice with others ever since.
Drawing from hatha, vinyāsa, yin, and restorative yoga traditions, Machelle creates welcoming experiences that are accessible to practitioners of all levels. Her classes weave together mindful movement, breathwork, restorative postures, and sound healing to help students release tension, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate a greater sense of ease and well-being.
Machelle’s intention is that every person leaves feeling more balanced, grounded, and nourished than when they arrived. 💕
