🌸 About the Event
Louise Hay (1926–2017) was a world-renowned teacher and author whose work has inspired millions to heal their lives through self-love 💖, affirmations ✨ and inner healing practices 🌿. She believed that by changing the way we think and speak to ourselves, we can release old patterns and create a more joyful, abundant life.
In this workshop, we bring her legacy to Vietnam 🇻🇳 and introduce one of her most powerful techniques — Mirror Work 🪞. This practice invites you to connect with your true self on a deeper level. Louise believed that the mirror reflects back the feelings you hold about yourself, making you instantly aware of both resistance and openness. Over time, what begins as Mirror Work softens into Mirror Play 🎭, as the mirror transforms from a place of self-criticism into a companion that supports healing, self-love and acceptance.
👩‍🏫 About Your Facilitator – Mili Manek
In this unique workshop, licensed Heal Your Life® Workshop Leader Mili Manek will guide you through gentle practices inspired by Louise Hay. With over two decades in education and emotional wellbeing, Mili is an NLP Master Practitioner and Integrative Counselling Therapist, dedicated to creating safe, compassionate spaces where participants can reconnect with themselves, nurture their inner child and take home practical tools for everyday healing.
