**Overview**
The Mingle Games is a hosted game night built for meeting new people without working the room. Come solo or bring a friend. You check in, the game assignment app sends you to a station, and every round you rotate to a new game, a new table and new people. Craft cocktails, beer and dumplings are sold at the Jaywalker bar all night.
If the mingle is right, the possibilities are endless.
This round, comedian Marty Cunnie is running the floor.
Marty is a Brooklyn based comic with Bay Area roots and a big, high energy style shaped by growing up in a large Irish Italian family. He has worked the San Francisco Punch Line, Cobb's Comedy Club, the San Jose Improv, QED in Queens and the Laugh Tour in Jersey City, and he produces his own shows under the F Bomb Comedy banner. Expect a host who keeps the rounds moving, roasts the table that cannot finish a Jenga tower, and makes sure nobody is standing alone. Follow him at @martycunniecomedy.
**Here is how the night works**
**Step 1: Check in and pick your tag**
Grab a color coded name tag so people know why you came. Yellow for new friends. Blue for collaborators and networking. Red for romantic connections. Wear more than one if that is your night.
**Step 2: Game stations**
30+ stations with games you already know how to play: Pictionary, Jenga, Uno, Connect 4, Speed, War and more. The app assigns your seat, and every 10 to 20 minutes Marty calls the rotation and you move to new opponents. Every win earns an entry into the grand prize giveaway.
**Step 3: Sip and reset**
Between rounds the floor opens. Hit the Jaywalker bar for a cocktail or dumplings, keep a free play game going, or just talk.
**Step 4: Connect**
Met someone you want to see again, whether as a rival, a collaborator or something else? Use the tap to connect feature. If it is mutual, you both get an introduction after the night.
**Step 5: Win no matter what**
The grand prize giveaway happens at 9:00 PM. The most station wins of the night takes the grand prize. Everyone else leaves with new people in their phone, which is the point.
**Why this one is different**
This is not a bar night and it is not a business card exchange. The format does the socializing for you, so all you have to do is show up and play.

6:30 PM: Doors open. Check in, grab a drink and some dumplings, find your first station.
7:00 PM: Marty takes the mic. Game rotations begin.
9:00 PM: Grand prize giveaway.
10:00 PM: Last round wraps. Stay for a drink.
