The Mind Field, Inc | Minority Mental Health Fair

The goal of a minority mental health fair is to DEFUSE the stigma around mental health in minority communities and promote access to resources and support for those who may be struggling. It provides a safe and welcoming space for individuals to connect with others who share similar experiences and challenges. The fair will provide information about local community resources, such as support groups and counseling services. The fair will also host seminars on topics such as stress management, depression, anxiety, trauma, and coping strategies.
