🌿 Presentation:Mind, Body, & Spirit of Hair Health: We will explore the deeper connections between internal wellbeing and the health of your hair and how to use this information for collaborative client care. This experience reframes hair care beyond surface-level solutions, inviting you to understand how mental patterns, physical health, and spiritual wellbeing all play an essential role in both your own and your clients’ hair vitality.
We will explore how stress, self-perception, nutrition, lifestyle, and emotional expression can directly influence the hair growth cycle, scalp health, and overall hair condition. Each section ( Mind, Body, and Spirit) offers both insight and practical steps, giving you a clearer understanding of the root causes behind common hair concerns and how to begin supporting your hair from the inside out.
This is designed to educate and empower; not to diagnose or replace medical care. Attendees are encouraged to build supportive relationships with aligned professionals such as functional medicine practitioners, nutritionists, and therapists as part of a well-rounded approach to healing and wellness.
This is an invitation to see hair health as more than just superficial, and reframe it as essential communication from the body that is reflecting the state of mind, body, and spirit.
🌿 Speaker:
Cheyenne Autumn is a Holistic Cosmetologist, Trauma-Informed Energy Practitioner, and founder of Starlit Haircare & Energy Alchemy. She views hair as a living reflection of inner wellbeing, as an energetic antenna, and a powerful tool for transformation. From this foundation, she created Animatrichology, an emerging interdisciplinary framework exploring the relationship between hair, energy, and psychospiritual health, where she integrates scientific understanding with energetic and holistic approaches.
She supports clients through both inner and outer modalities, including intentional hair care, ritual and ceremony, Reiki, guided meditation, and somatic awareness practices. This blended approach addresses both the physical condition and the internal patterns that shape hair health and self-perception. As a result, her clients often experience increased emotional awareness, nervous system regulation, release of stagnant or inherited patterns, and deeper embodiment of their authentic selves.
Cheyenne’s mission is to help individuals restore a conscious relationship with their hair, seeing it as a tool for self-awareness, healing, and authentic expression. Her work continues to expand the understanding that transformation unfolds through BOTH inner work and physical embodiment.
