Whether you are navigating the complexities of young adulthood, a professional seeking balance, or a wise elder with a wealth of experience we welcome you!

Let your voice be heard, your spirit uplifted, and your mental well-being prioritized. We invite you to join us from 9:00am - 2:00pm at UNO's Barbara Weitz Community Engagement Center. Featuring Keynote Speaker Doris Moore, MS, NCC, CPC, LIMHP, Founder of The Center for Holistic Development.

The free event will include mini-sessions on identifying and navigating your mental health journey, self -care/ stress management, therapy for overall wellness and panel discussion. Continental breakfast and boxed lunch are included.
